To recover your passphrase sign into the configuration server, then open a command line.

Change directory using:

cd %ProgramData%\ASR\home\svsystems\bin

then to export your passphrase using the following command:

genpassphrase.exe -v > connection.passphrase

Open the file with notepad to get the key:

Notepad "connection.passphrase"
